어 린이 엔터테인먼트 채널 닉은 최근 실시한 온라인 시상식 '제 2회 코리아 키즈 초이스 어워드' 결과를 밝혔다. 김연아는 총 3486표(50%)의 득표율을 거두며 어린이들이 가장 닮고 싶어하는 '베스트 워너비' 스타 부문에 뽑혔다. 수상 소식을 들은 김연아는 "내가 연기하는 모습이 어린이들에게 좋은 본이 된 것 같아 기쁘다"고 소감을 밝혔다.
빅뱅과 유재석은 각각 4907표(70%), 4693표(67%)의 압도적인 지지율를 얻으며 작년에 이어 2년 연속 '베스트 남자 가수상'과 '베스트 개그맨'상을 수상했다. 빅뱅은 "활동도 접었는데 2년 연달아 받으니 어리둥절하다. 하지만 내년에도 또 받고 싶은 욕심이 난다"고 소감을 밝혔으며, 유재석은 "어린이 여러분들께 너무 감사하다. 이렇게 귀여운 트로피까지 받으니 장식장에 꼭 보관할 것이다"며 웃음으로 화답했다.
소녀시대는 3184표(46%)의 득표로 원더걸스(2096표, 30%)를 꺽고 '베스트 여자가수상'을 수상했다. 국내 모든 수상자(작)에게는 미국의 닉 '키즈 초이스 어워드 2009' 시상식에서도 사용한 비행선 모양의 감각적인 트로피가 닉의 고유한 컬러인 오렌지 색으로 특수 제작돼 전달됐다.
이번 조사는 지난 3월 9일부터 4월 9일까지 한 달 동안 총 7개 부문으로 진행됐으며, 총 48755표(1일 1인 1표 제한, 중복 응모, 총 6965명)가 집계됐다.
